There are many different standards across the industry that impact how BIM/VDC professionals complete their work. These standards are important to the operational efficiency, collaboration and communication on industry job sites and projects. It is difficult to keep track of them all and understand the detail that is required.
In order to create a more convenient way to access standards, and understand their value, CanBIM is creating a central online repository of links and access points to industry wide standards and protocol documents for industry to access conveniently. This repository will also serve as a place for commentary, communication and collaboration for the industry.
