This year’s gala is held in conjunction with our Toronto Summit, a multi-day event focused on collaboration, implementation, and adoption of innovation in the built environment.
The Innovation Spotlight Awards is Building Transformations’ premier annual event, recognizing the most impactful projects, technologies, companies, and individuals driving digital transformation in the built environment. This year, it will be hosted at Limberlost Place, an architectural and sustainability landmark on the waterfront at George Brown College. As Ontario’s first mass timber, net-zero carbon institutional building, Limberlost Place is a showcase of 21st-century smart, sustainable design—constructed by our mission partner, PCL.
Past winners include industry leaders such as AECOM, EllisDon, PCL, Plan Group, Pomerleau, and WSP. Awarded projects span a wide range of sectors—including infrastructure, healthcare, education, residential, and commercial—highlighting the depth and breadth of innovation shaping our industry today.
