Stephen leads Windmill Development Groups’ project delivery team with a focus on innovation and sustainable technology. He is responsible for successfully delivering all development projects from planning approval, through the integrated design process to construction completion. Stephen has over 20 years’ experience in development, design, and construction. He has delivered a host of technically challenging development and construction projects across Canada and the Eastern United States in both the residential and commercial sectors.
