After much consideration and the indsutrywide interest to engage owners and facility managers in the BIM conversation, CanBIM has decided to offer a Membership category that is suited to Owners and Facility Managers. The new Membership category will give Owners & Facility Managers the opportunity to sit on CanBIM Committees, namely the newly formed Owners & Facility Manager Committee. In doing so they will be able to engage with practitioners and other Owners and Facility Managers to determine the best methods and means to implement BIM.

The new Membership category will cost $500/yr and will be open to any organization that are involved with the owenrship, management or maintenance of large building assets.
