Our in-house design departments include Residential + Mixed-Use, Commercial + Industrial, Interior Design and Experiential Graphic Design. In addition, we have a Digital Practice Department, who commits to the implementation of BIM, research + development, and the infusion of cutting-edge technology into our projects and practice.

Who are we looking for:

As a BIM Coordinator, you will take charge of overseeing and orchestrating the Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for our projects. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with a diverse group of stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to guarantee the seamless integration of BIM methodologies across the entire project journey. This will involve close collaboration with team leads, directors, and colleagues in our digital practice department.

What you will do:

  • BXP (BIM Execution Plan) administration
  • 3D coordination & communication with subconsultants
  • Building Information Model setup & audits at key milestones
  • Implementing automation and training with project teams
  • Troubleshooting project issues

What you will bring:

  • Degree/diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
  • Building Transformations (CANBIM) certification, Level 2 minimum
  • Minimum 4+ years of professional BIM experience
  • Experience with Revit (Intermediate)
  • Model coordination software expertise (Navisworks Manage, ACC – Model Coordination)
  • Common Data Environment software expertise (Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360
