Biographie

Julian is the National Vice President of the Energy and Sustainability Services (ESS) group, where he oversees a team of sustainability consultants, engineers, and analysts. His 10+ years of project management experience in the energy and sustainability field, include managing national portfolios of over 1000 buildings, and delivering millions of dollars of energy savings. He has a deep understanding of a variety of energy systems from his diverse work on large-scale, complex projects in commercial real estate, retail, pharmaceuticals, and heavy manufacturing. Data-focused and creative, he identifies energy and sustainability solutions that help guide organizational strategy.   Julian is currently focused on helping organizations set targets and deliver on their decarbonization goals aligned with their overall ESG ambitions. He combines a knowledge of technology, regulation, carbon, and business strategy to advise global companies on decarbonization pathways. Constantly adopting a collaborative client approach, he works to align solutions with societal, customer, and investor expectations. Julian is also fostering a team culture that upholds JLL's values of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Nisha Agrawal

Director, Sustainability - QuadReal Property Group

An advocate for ESG, Nisha Agrawal is QuadReal’s Director, Sustainability, joining the company in 2017. Her expertise includes promoting green building certifications across the Canadian portfolio and supporting development of environmental, social and governance practices at QuadReal properties internationally. Nisha brings 15+ years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, beginning her career in Finance at Bentall Kennedy. She then moved into Sustainability and for the past 7 years has been developing programs to effectively streamline and integrate sustainability initiatives with operations. Nisha is inspired by the progress companies have made to improve tenant health and well-being, reduce resource depletion, and innovate to create solutions in building operations. Nisha holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of BC and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of BC. She is on the Board of Directors at the Canadian Green Building Council and also part of the ESG Committee at the European Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles (INREV).

Tanja Milosevic

Associate Vice President ESG - Grosvenor

Tanja oversees and drives environmental sustainability at Grosvenor, leading its pursuit of achieving the World Green Building Council’s (WGBC) 2030 net zero carbon initiative. She also works to enhance the firm’s existing focus on delivering social benefit in North America, and chairs its employee-led Equity, Diversity & Inclusion committee.

Tanja joined Grosvenor in 2013 and previously held the position of Director of Community and Customer Engagement, where she provided strategic direction and oversight for community engagement and customer service initiatives for developments across North America. She is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), Urban Development Institute (UDI), Urban Land Institute (ULI), Canada Green Building Council, US Green Building Council, and the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC), and is also a participant in ULI’s Greenprint Performance Committee and REALPAC’s ESG Committee.

Tanja studied Urban Land Economics at Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia, Dialogue and Civic Engagement at Simon Fraser University, and Business Sustainability Management at the Institute for Sustainability Leadership at the University of Cambridge. She was also recognized as a 2023 Woman of Influence ‘Diversity Champion’ by GlobeSt.

Dave Ramslie

COO - OPEN Technologies

Dave, is the Vice President of Sustainability for Concert Properties, responsible for the ongoing development and implementation of Concert’s Sustainability Framework. Concert Properties is a union owned, diversified real-estate company that is one of Canada’s largest purpose built rental housing developers. Prior to joining Concert, Dave worked extensively on climate and sustainability issues in both the private and public sectors for clients all over the world. Dave is member of Canada’s Clean 50, and his work has won awards from the World Green Building Council, the Canadian Green Building Council and the Canadian Institute of Planners. In 2014 Dave was recognized by the Natural Resources Defense Council as one of nine global champions fighting climate change in cities.
