Résumé de la présentation

Over the past few years, we’ve moved from a state of “I can’t get my hands on good data” to “I’m overwhelmed with data coming at me from all angles!” During this presentation, you’ll learn how to sift through the noise and prioritize the data sources that will be most impactful for your construction estimates, and more importantly, leverage that data to produce accurate estimates that are validated by your own performance history.

Does it sound too good to be true?

Join InEight’s Executive Vice President Rick Deans as he explores InEight’s purpose-built integrated project controls platform and demonstrates how customers can create a truly data-driven estimating office.

You will learn how you can build more accurate estimates by:

  • Leveraging your historical estimates and “as-built” costs and workforce hours for similar work.
  • Keeping the cost estimate tied to changes in the model as Engineering goes through its design iterations.
  • Visualizing the impact of changes and what-if scenarios on the project’s budget as new scope is being considered.
