Biographie

Adam Bridgman runs all Ironspring Network and Fund day-to-day operations. As an experienced digital industrial investor, he understands the adoption headwinds facing ‘Built World’ tech companies and the critical need for go-to-market, channel partners. In 2016, he established HOLT Ventures and in 2017, convened the original Ironspring Network to help serve this purpose. Adam co-founded Ironspring in 2019 to formalize this network-driven investment approach in digital industrial innovation.

Noah Dolgoy

Founder & CEO - Tread

Noah Dolgoy, the founder and CEO of Tread, was first exposed to the challenges of managing heavy equipment and subcontractors when he started a residential construction business while attending university. After pursuing a JD/MBA from University of Toronto, Noah worked in infrastructure private equity and corporate law. He subsequently advised an excavation company where he experienced the same challenges as in his first business, prompting him to turn to technology in 2016 and starting Tread.

Matt Man

Co-founder & CEO - INDUS.AI

Matt Man is the co-founder and CEO of INDUS.AI, a construction intelligence company. Before INDUS.AI, Matt co-founded a mobile technology company GreenOwl Mobile and had deployed 40+ smart city products across three continents and over 25 cities. GreenOwl Mobile was acquired by one of the largest architecture and design technology firms in the world, IBI Group. Matt specializes in deploying technology to Enterprise and Industrial markets for 20 years and has developed a deep understanding of the challenges operating in the industrial environments. He holds a Masters in Engineering from Stanford.

Arta Momtazi

CEO & Co-founder - BenchMarx

Arta has over 15 years of experience in construction management, engineering, entrepreneurship and innovation. Most recently, Arta spent his time at EllisDon as a construction manager dealing with job site claims and disputes. Faced with the enormous challenge of poor documentation, record keeping and inaccurate data to back up his companies claims, Arta came up with the vision of a paperless job site. Today, Arta leads the team at BenchMarx—and his clients—are realizing an even greater value in going digital: gathering and analyzing real-time data that is now helping to inform project decisions at hundreds of job sites every day.

Dominic Sévigny

Founder, President and COO - SmartUse Solutions Inc.

Dominic Sévigny has a double degree in electronic and software development. He started out as a programmer and worked for the largest software firms in Quebec and France. In 2012, he founded SmartUse, the industry leading construction cloud App for marking up and sharing construction blueprints and documents in real-time. After 8 years, more than 25 000 people are using the software and some of the largest Joint-Venture construction projects in Canada had also deployed the software like KPH-Turcot, Crosslinx Transit Canada, REM and Ottawa Stage 2 LRT.
