Biographie

With a background in systems engineering and real estate development, Brad is a hands-on senior real estate executive and social infrastructure board director that unlocks value by challenging assumptions; finding asymmetrical opportunities; and encouraging cross functional collaboration. He has built and led internal teams through design and construction; engineering; investment analysis; communications and branding; as well as large, multi-disciplinary external consultant teams. Brad has also led or been instrumental in numerous joint venture negotiations complex, multilateral, negotiations and operational environments where the counter-parties include major real estate companies, landowner groups, municipalities, and provincial agencies. His experience spans project management of software development for Canadian Navy’s Command and Control System through complex mixed-use urban developments.

Jack Liu

CEO - Orbiseed

Jack Liu is a third-generation mechanical engineer, a University of Waterloo graduate, and passionate AI enthusiast. During his co-op engineering placements, Jack became disillusioned by the repetitive, mind-numbing and error-prone tasks he had to perform to aggregate and summarize large volumes of data. Like most engineers, Jack thrives when solving real-world challenges. In an effort to find a solution, he co-founded Orbiseed in 2019 with business partners Tingcheng Cui, a software genius, and veteran marketing and sales executive, Jim Russell.
