Hammad Chaudhry

Vice President, Innovation & Digital Construction - Pomerleau

Hammad Chaudhry works at the intersection of construction operations, technology, and strategic transformation. His background spans architectural technology, project delivery, VDC/BIM, enterprise innovation leadership, and construction technology strategy across both major contractors and the startup ecosystem, giving him a rare perspective across design, field operations, corporate leadership, and emerging technology environments.

Over the last 15 years, he has helped lead and scale digital construction, VDC, and innovation initiatives across complex projects and enterprise environments. He previously held senior leadership roles at EllisDon, where he helped shape the company’s innovation and construction technology strategy, led national digital project delivery and VDC initiatives, and launched the EllisDon ConTech Accelerator to connect practical industry challenges with emerging technology solutions.

His work is centred on a core industry challenge: helping construction organizations operationalize technology and modernize project delivery without losing alignment to field realities. He is particularly focused on the practical application of AI, computer vision, digital delivery, and spatial data to improve project execution, coordination, visibility, and decision-making.
