Fady Gabriel is a construction leader with over two decades of experience delivering complex, high-profile infrastructure, healthcare, and iconic building projects across Canada and internationally. Currently leading major project the ADM-REM Station project in Montréal Airport , Fady has been recognized for his innovative approach to integrating advanced construction technologies with architectural and engineering excellence.

His portfolio includes work on the world’s tallest tower, the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, as well as multiple state-of-the-art healthcare facilities, as the CHUM hospital in Montreal, including large-scale transit – as Union Station Enhancement program, bringing together technical expertise and operational functionality in highly demanding environments. On his current project , his innovated solution for  “Iceberg” steel structure and metal panel cladding systems has also been widely regarded as a breakthrough in balancing design complexity with construction efficiency.

Fady is a strong advocate of Lean management practices and the Last Planner System (LPS), applying them to enhance collaboration, improve schedule reliability, and drive continuous improvement across multidisciplinary teams. With a career spanning transit station, healthcare facilities, and landmark towers, he brings a unique perspective that blends technical innovation, Lean methodologies, and stakeholder engagement.
