Biographie

Brandon Searle, P. Eng. is the Innovation Director for the Off-site Construction Research Centre (OCRC) at the University of New Brunswick. Born in Moncton, N.B., he completed a BScE in civil engineering and a diploma in Technology Management and Entrepreneurship at the University of New Brunswick Before joining UNB, Brandon worked on capital projects from both the owner and contractor side followed by a four-year position with WSP where he was an asset management consultant. While with WSP, he worked toward an M.Eng. focusing on level of service in infrastructure management and completed a broad collection of courses in economics, project management, business, finance and engineering. Brandon serves as the Canadian Society for Civil Engineering (CSCE) Western NB Section Past-Chair, CSCE Atlantic Region Treasurer and sits on the Canadian Network of Asset Managers (CNAM) Board of Directors.

Nzinga White

Executive Director - Building Transformations

Nzinga joins Building Transformations as a Certified Association Executive (CAE) and a member of the Canadian Society of Association Executives. She is an award-winning not-for-profit management professional with 10 years of experience supporting the operations management and strategic growth of member-based organizations, most recently serving as a Public Affairs Advisor at the Law Society of Ontario. She has a proven track record, having served as Executive Director for three national professional associations, where she spearheaded transformative projects such as new websites, certification and awards programs.

In Nzinga’s previous roles, she planned over 50 events, conferences and press conferences, several of which were multinational. More recently, with the Law Society of Ontario, Nzinga led engagement initiatives for the provincial regulator, working with dozens of partners and collaborators, and planning multi-national programs, garnering over 2,000 attendees and over 50 million media impressions. As a Certified Association Executive, Nzinga has a deep appreciation and understanding of business operations for non-profit and not-for-profit organizations which is key to ensuring the sustained growth of Building Transformations.
