Build Canada Homes is committed to advancing Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) in Canada, including volumetric modular, panels, and digital processes that can streamline building processes, reduce costs, and accelerate delivery. By embracing these methods, we aim to catalyse a more productive housing industry, strengthen domestic supply chains, and enable the rapid creation of affordable housing for communities across the country. We have been talking to the industry experts from across the country, and will share the key themes emerging. Will Meneray is the lead for Construction Innovation at Build Canada Homes. Previously, he led housing markets and finance policy teams at Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC).
Prior to CMHC, Will was a Principal with the global management consulting firm Oliver Wyman, specializing in strategy and operations for banking, technology, and healthcare firms. He is a graduate of the Ivey School of Business and is based in Toronto.
