Summary

Résumé de la présentation

Construction Sector Digitalization and productivity (CSDP) program lead by NRC has recently published the “BIM Maturity at Scale” report which is a national roadmap to standardize and accelerate digital transformation across Canada’s construction industry by assessing and improving BIM readiness, capability, and maturity at the levels of individuals, organizations, project teams, and markets. This presentation will highlight the key points of this roadmap aligns with leading standards (e.g., ISO 19650), tackles uneven adoption—especially among SMEs and infrastructure—and progresses through staged activation, scalable assessments, and targeted improvement tools in next phases (templates, dashboards, training, protocols).
