Biographie

Hammad Chaudhry works at the intersection of construction operations, technology, and strategic transformation. His background spans architectural technology, project delivery, VDC/BIM, enterprise innovation leadership, and construction technology strategy across both major contractors and the startup ecosystem, giving him a rare perspective across design, field operations, corporate leadership, and emerging technology environments.

Over the last 15 years, he has helped lead and scale digital construction, VDC, and innovation initiatives across complex projects and enterprise environments. He previously held senior leadership roles at EllisDon, where he helped shape the company’s innovation and construction technology strategy, led national digital project delivery and VDC initiatives, and launched the EllisDon ConTech Accelerator to connect practical industry challenges with emerging technology solutions.

His work is centred on a core industry challenge: helping construction organizations operationalize technology and modernize project delivery without losing alignment to field realities. He is particularly focused on the practical application of AI, computer vision, digital delivery, and spatial data to improve project execution, coordination, visibility, and decision-making.

Hammad continues to contribute to the broader industry through advisory and board involvement, speaking engagements, mentorship, and collaboration across the construction technology and innovation ecosystem.

For the past 7 years, Michael has honed his expertise as an estimator, working with both large and small general contractors on a diverse range of projects. His experience spans across Multi-Family, Commercial, Historical Renovation, and Residential projects, showcasing his adaptability and versatility in different construction settings. Michael is an avid learner, always seeking to stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in construction management. His commitment to continuous growth ensures they remain at the forefront of the industry, ready to tackle new challenges and embrace innovative solutions. Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Florida International University (FIU).

Chris Callen

CEO / Founder - PLOT

Chris was born into construction, working weekends and summer breaks sweeping the shop and working as the low-man on jobsites. Naturally, Chris rebelled away from mom & dad and found himself in the world of software. After a short stint in corporate America, he realized his passion for construction and returned to the family company and led it for a number of years.

As a tech-minded CEO, he purchased, and then starting building, software within the contractor. Chris spun out his first startup, Grit, in 2017. Grit was acquired in 2020 and Chris launched his second startup, PLOT, in late 2021. PLOT is a jobsite coordination tool, automating and streamlining Procurement and Deliveries workflows.
