The revitalization of Place Ville-Marie’s iconic building is an example of innovative use of technology and efficient collaboration to meet the complexity of the project. In-house developed VR, visual planning and job-monitoring cooperative tools inspired by Lean principles, are used together with BIM360, Holobuilder, laser scanning and others to assure productivity, quality, safety and quality.
