Anyset is an AI-native digital handover platform. It gathers construction data during the build and delivers owners structured, AI-ready records for operations: complete, organised, and actually accessible. As buildings become AI-ready, that record is the foundation for digital twins, warranty management, and decades of facilities intelligence.
The problem is not that closeout is slow. It is not that the data sits in binders. At handover, owner data is incomplete, disorganised, and almost impossible to access. Specs, submittals, O&Ms, warranties, as-builts, and commissioning records are scattered across PM systems and inboxes, then handed over in a form facilities cannot use. Buildings cannot become AI-ready if the first operating record is dark data.
Anyset is an AI-native digital handover platform. It plugs into the systems GCs already use, reads specifications, identifies owner deliverables, and collects O&Ms, warranties, as-builts, and commissioning records from subcontractors while they are still on site. AI verifies submissions against the spec. The output is a structured owner record: assets, requirements, and documents, mapped from how the job was built to how the asset is run.
