This study is designed to fill the research gap in Building Information Modeling (BIM)’s application in Public-private-partnership (P3) projects. The primary goal of this project is to identify best practices for the management and use of BIM in the Canadian context. This research serves as a step stone for developing a BIM Execution Plan that will be used in AECO (architecture, engineering, construction and operations) industry to greatly improve their coordination and efficiency in major projects.
