buildingSMart Canada (bSC) was well represented in Washington at the International Council and Chapter Conference held at the end of May, in Washington DC. Bill Moore and Claude Giguère respectively Chair and Vice-Chair of buildingSMART Canada attended these meetings. Each Chapter is allowed to send two voting members. The attendance includes people from Europe, Asia and North America. At the International Council buildingSMART International (bSI) Officers reported to the Chapter leaders last year the activities and financial. The voting members also elected 5 bSI board members for a two year mandate.
The Chapter Conference deals on topics specific to Chapters as Chapter Establishment and Challenges, Professional Certification, Specific Chapter Initiatives, etc.
Bill Moore also attended the board meeting and the Strategic Advisory Council.
