Reporting to the Manager, Virtual Construction the Technical Project Specialist will have daily functional accountability to the Project Manager. The Technical Project Specialist will support the LEED and VDC Managers and will responsible for collecting & coordinating required LEED data and Asset information for project deliverables. The creation & collection process will leverage photograph, photogrammetry, 3d modeling and data entry.
This Technical Project Specialist will be based onsite at large public infrastructure project. This highly technical role will touch on a lot of different aspects todays modern construction projects. The success candidate will have basic knowledge of LEED, VDC, and general project coordination.
