Nicole Wales

Head of Operations - Paradigm Building Solutions Ltd.

I am working with timber in a manufacturing facility that pre-fabricates custom panels for commercial developments and residential dwellings. These projects include regular stick frame pre-fabricated walls and step-code 5 compliant Passive House panels. I oversee the logistics of all shipments and the complete manufacturing process from design to completion of walls. The manufacturing facility runs high end robotics technology to both build the walls and blow insulation into the walls to achieve the energy efficiency required. I additionally oversee the robotics line including the functionality, troubleshooting between design file distribution to the robots and maintenance of robotics. I co-ordinate and control the roll-out of construction changes to improve quality and efficiency of building with timber.
