
Hammad Chaudhry works at the intersection of construction operations, technology, and strategic transformation. His background spans architectural technology, project delivery, VDC/BIM, enterprise innovation leadership, and construction technology strategy across both major contractors and the startup ecosystem, giving him a rare perspective across design, field operations, corporate leadership, and emerging technology environments.
Over the last 15 years, he has helped lead and scale digital construction, VDC, and innovation initiatives across complex projects and enterprise environments. He previously held senior leadership roles at EllisDon, where he helped shape the company’s innovation and construction technology strategy, led national digital project delivery and VDC initiatives, and launched the EllisDon ConTech Accelerator to connect practical industry challenges with emerging technology solutions.
His work is centred on a core industry challenge: helping construction organizations operationalize technology and modernize project delivery without losing alignment to field realities. He is particularly focused on the practical application of AI, computer vision, digital delivery, and spatial data to improve project execution, coordination, visibility, and decision-making.
Hammad continues to contribute to the broader industry through advisory and board involvement, speaking engagements, mentorship, and collaboration across the construction technology and innovation ecosystem.

Aaron believes in improving the construction industry in both productivity and owner outcomes by embracing changes in project delivery and coordination.
In his role as Manager Construction Services, he is passionate about improving workflows and outcomes. By focusing on value for the customer (internal and external) he consults with PCL's project teams, owners and trade and design partners to create custom, practical solutions in building information (BIM), emerging technology, scheduling, and quality. He leverages his leadership skills and practical construction knowledge from 14 years of hands on project management experience to empower people on their technological journey.

Aaron is currently leading PCL's digital delivery team on the New St. Paul's Hospital and the Lions Gate Acute Care Facility projects in Vancouver.

Vincent Plourd is a leader in the construction industry, specializing in Virtual Design and Construction (VDC). With a deep-rooted passion for creating high-performing teams, Vincent serves as the Director of VDC at Chandos Construction, where he spearheads the transition from traditional to digital construction practices. With over a decade of experience, he excels in implementing innovative technologies, establishing BIM standards, and crafting project-specific execution plans.Beginning his career as a Structural Engineering Technologist, Vincent gained expertise in concrete, steel, and wood design while maintaining industry standards. His journey has seen him in pivotal roles at esteemed firms like WSP in Canada, AECOM, and Kassian Dyck and Associates, where he consistently delivered excellence in project coordination and design.In his current role, Vincent drives operational efficiency by leading teams through the digital transformation of construction processes. He has been instrumental in developing internal standards, training teams on advanced BIM tools, and leveraging emerging technologies for enhanced project outcomes.Vincent's commitment to learning is evident through his Certificate in CIFE/SPS VDC from Stanford University. Beyond his professional endeavors, he actively contributes to industry standards and education, serving as a Director at Built Environment Edmonton and Chair of the Building Transformations Construction Management Think Tank.Passionate about nurturing the next generation of industry professionals, Vincent serves as a CVT PAC Member at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and helped create content as a Content Creator and Curriculum Teacher at the Edmonton Construction Association. Laura-Lee has dedicated her entire career to the strategic development of BIM in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Industry. After graduating from Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Architectural Science in 2005, Laura-Lee gained experience as a mechanical designer before stepping into broader corporate and industry roles as a BIM leader. After more than a decade completely dedicating herself to developing and implementing BIM standards, Laura-Lee is as passionate about data management as she is about the creativity and innovation intrinsic to managing multi-discipline models. Laura-Lee has served as a member of CanBIM for more than five years, sitting on the CanBIM Designers Committee for the past two years. Also an active member of the BIM community in Toronto, Laura-Lee has spoken at local and international events, guiding industry colleagues as they seek out effective methodologies to leverage new technologies. As an Autodesk certified professional in Revit MEP Mechanical, Revit MEP Electrical, and Revit Architecture, Laura-Lee combines practical project experience with big picture thinking, extending her unique passion for the growth and application of BIM technologies across Canada.
