Summary

Résumé de la présentation

This session will explore how leading contractors are moving beyond disconnected dashboards toward a Project Health framework that integrates project exposure, risk transfer strategies, operational performance, subcontractor health, and technology-enabled insights to improve predictability and decision-making.

The session will also examine the growing role of technology in construction risk management, including reality capture, AI-enabled analytics, workforce wearables, environmental monitoring, IoT sensors, weather intelligence, excavation monitoring, water and leak detection systems, vibration and heat monitoring, and other emerging technologies that help organizations identify issues earlier and make more informed decisions.

A particular focus will be placed on subcontractor health and the evolution of Subcontractor Default Insurance (SDI) from a risk transfer mechanism into a valuable source of predictive insight. Through connected data architectures, contractors can begin identifying signs of distress and project risk before they become defaults, claims, delays, or disruptions.
