Josh Kanner is Senior Director of Product and Strategy for Analytics & AI at Oracle. A software entrepreneur and executive with nearly 20 years of experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) sector, he is a passionate advocate for harnessing data and analytics to drive meaningful business value.

Jit Kee Chin is the Chief Data and Innovation Officer at Suffolk Construction, where she leads the firm’s efforts to leverage big data, advanced analytics, digitization, and technology to improve construction outcomes. She also leads Suffolk Technologies, an institutional-grade venture fund investing in the built environment. In addition, she serves on the Board of Directors of STAG Industrial and CubeSmart.
Prior to joining Suffolk, she spent 10 years at McKinsey & Company, advising Fortune 100 companies on strategy, commercial initiatives, and advanced analytics. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics and English Literature from the California Institute of Technology and earned her PhD in Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Lindsey Rem’s natural curiosity has led her down many paths at Barton Malow, from her beginnings as a field secretary 25 years ago to her current role as Senior Vice President of Business Transformation.
In 2010, Barton Malow moved toward modernizing its processes through the implementation of SAP. Lindsey played an integral role in the development and training of the software throughout the enterprise. Her passion for leveraging technology to increase project performance led her to establish a cohesive Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) and technology strategy across the company to increase Barton Malow’s competitive advantage.
Lindsey currently oversees Barton Malow’s Business Transformation, Systems, and Lean teams. She is responsible for aligning innovation and technology with the overall business strategy to ensure the organization thrives in a rapidly evolving landscape. In 2024, she was recognized as an Autodesk Construction Champion. Despite her focus on technology, she knows that a people-first approach is key.
