During the tour at the Limberlost Place project we will talk and show how we leveraged both off site construction and field technology. We will discuss challenges and successes both before and during construction. Using two different types of off-site construction both at the Nordic and an offsite PCL facility with combination of total stations and 3D models helped the coordination and successful installation of structure.

Biographie

Leo Marucci is an Integrated Construction Technology Specialist at PCL Constructors Canada Inc. working on George Brown College's Limberlost Place project. He completed his advanced diploma in Architectural Technology and has been with PCL for five years. Over his time with PCL, Leo has helped push the envelope on new approaches to innovative technology initiatives, supporting successful outcomes for both pursuits and operations.

Maximilian Koepcke

Project Manager - PCL Construction

Maximilian Koepcke is a Project Manager at PCL Constructors Canada Inc. working on George Brown College's Limberlost Place project. With over 12 years of experience in the construction industry, the majority spent at Walters Group, Maximilian has been integral to leveraging his logistical planning knowledge and expertise in planning hourly workforce components on the project. Max has Architectural Technology and Civil Engineering degrees, with a focus on structural steel technology, both from Mohawk College.
