Susan is the Chief Customer Officer of Global eTraining with a focus on developing strategic customer experiences and industry relationships. She is an advocate for lifelong learning and have over 16 years of expertise in implementing innovative training programs for organizations of all sizes and industries. She is a big-picture thinker with a knack for networking and connecting people and opportunities to achieve win-win solutions.
She applies her academic knowledge acquired through two University of Calgary degrees: a B.A. in Sociology with a specialization in organizational dynamics, and the highly regarded Alberta/Haskayne Executive MBA.
