Bill Bennington is the Senior Manager, Integrated Construction Services at PCL, one of North America’s largest contracting organizations with operations across the U.S., Canada, the Caribbean, and Australia, and an annual construction volume exceeding $8 billion.
Since joining PCL in 2005 as a field engineer, Bill has built a career rooted in operational excellence and innovation. He has held progressive roles including project manager, virtual construction manager, and National Quality Manager—each deepening his understanding of the complex challenges faced by project teams and sharpening his ability to deliver practical, scalable solutions.
Bill serves as Senior Manager, Integrated Construction Services (ICS), a North America-wide team of engineering and technology experts. ICS delivers field-driven, results-oriented solutions that support every phase of the construction lifecycle, from preconstruction and planning to execution and closeout. The ICS team empowers operations to improve performance, adopt emerging technologies, and leverage corporate capabilities to drive client success and project profitability.

Manager of UAS program consisting of 39 aircraft and more than 30 FAA Part 107 certified pilots. Oversee fleet management, pilot training, and data collection/processing. Currently investigating the integration of innovative technologies into UAS workflow to create a more productive and safe job site.
