Steve Zahm is President-Chief Culture Officer of Procore, where he is responsible for human resources, learning and development, facilities and real estate. He is focused on the scaling of positive culture as a sustainable competitive advantage for achieving superior business results. Prior to joining Procore in 2004, Steve co-founded DigitalThink, one of the first significant cloud-based software companies in the corporate learning industry. Steve received his BA from Stanford University and his MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
