His background spans architectural technology, project delivery, VDC/BIM, enterprise innovation leadership, and construction technology strategy across both major contractors and the startup ecosystem, giving him a rare perspective across design, field operations, corporate leadership, and emerging technology environments.
Over the last 15 years, he has helped lead and scale digital construction, VDC, and innovation initiatives across complex projects and enterprise environments. He previously held senior leadership roles at EllisDon, where he helped shape the company’s innovation and construction technology strategy, led national digital project delivery and VDC initiatives, and launched the EllisDon ConTech Accelerator to connect practical industry challenges with emerging technology solutions.
His work is centred on a core industry challenge: helping construction organizations operationalize technology and modernize project delivery without losing alignment to field realities. He is particularly focused on the practical application of AI, computer vision, digital delivery, and spatial data to improve project execution, coordination, visibility, and decision-making.
Hammad continues to contribute to the broader industry through advisory and board involvement, speaking engagements, mentorship, and collaboration across the construction technology and innovation ecosystem.

Martin is the BIM Manager for Zeidler Architecture. He is CanBIM Certified BIM Professional (CP) and he has over twenty six years of experience in CAD and BIM Management in Cultural, Education, Government, Healthcare, Hospitality, Mixed Use, Office, Recreational, Residential and Transportation projects. Over the past decade, Martin has developed extensive and practical BIM Management expertise working with large architectural projects incorporating BIM planning, implementation, coordination, leadership, training, education, support and problem solving. He is an active member of the Canada BIM Council (CanBIM), Calgary BIM Community (cBIMc) and the Dynamo User Group of Calgary.

Reed has been working in the AEC industry for 17 years and with BIM exclusively for the last 9 years. He has work in almost all aspects for the AEC industry from land developers to sub-trades. He also specializes in BIM workflows, Implementation, and construction modeling. Reed works with a field to finish attitude that incorporates hardware and software to get the job done. Whether it is with as-builts via 3D point clouds or field layout of BIM models Reed has developed workflows to streamline these processes. He also has extensive experience with consultants and has worked as a BIM manager and Support Specialist where he managed models, developed libraries & standards, and supported the technical staff. Reed has worked all types of commercial and Industrial project as large as 1.4 Billion. He is excited to have joined Cansel and looking forward to making BIM work for you! Reed has developed strong relationships with our customers and heavily involved with the Edmonton BIM Community. He is currently working on implementing building information modeling strategies in large to small companies plus he also designed and taught the BIM 101 & 201 class at the Edmonton Constructions Association.
