With a master's degree in Building Engineering and Architecture from Politecnico di Milano in Italy, Federico Pensa immigrated to Canada in 2012. He built his career within several companies of the Fayolle Group, starting as a project coordinator before advancing to key strategic roles, including Quality Manager, BIM-VDC Manager, BIM-VDC Director, and Director of Innovation & Technology. His expertise and leadership led to his appointment as Vice President of Technologies for Fayolle Group, which includes leading construction companies such as Magil Construction, SCV-Enercor, and Les Excavations Payette.
In his current role, Federico is responsible for defining and implementing technology strategies, overseeing BIM and VDC initiatives, and integrating innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency and competitiveness of the group. His work focuses on pushing the boundaries of digital construction, fostering collaboration, and leveraging emerging technologies to optimize construction management and execution.
