Summary

Résumé de la présentation

The rapid growth of urbanization and population increase has led to the need for Smart Healthy Cities. With the rise in smart technologies, there is a demand for construction to adapt to the new and everchanging landscape of systems. This presentation will explore the various construction technologies and construction methods that can be implemented to create Smart Healthy Cities. This case study is based on the construction of a multi-use development and deployment of smart systems. Hensel Phelps and the Colorado Rockies teamed up to build a (3) Tower High Rise Development within the lower downtown city center in Denver Colorado, adjacent to the famous Coors Field ballpark. The vision for this project was to base design on the Smart City mentality and goals of future proofing construction. With feedback from smart city vendors across the country. Hensel Phelps and their trade partners worked with the Design Build processes to bring in this project to life.
